International student admissions are organized by the University Educational Policy and Management Department or by a designated international student representative. Upon successfully completing the admission procedure, you will be granted a permit to pursue your study at the University.
A student who has been granted a study permit signs a study contract. The contract has a format approved by the University.
The student must pay the tuition and service charges in full as stipulated in the signed contract and submit the documents to the University Educational Policy and Management Department, along with a copy.

According to Mongolian health laws, rules, and regulations, the student will be covered by health insurance. Health insurance is the responsibility of the student. 
A student, upon request, will be accommodated in Etugen University’s student dormitory by signing a contract and paying the same dormitory fee as a Mongolian student.
