I BUILDING

          Etugen University’s Building № 1 was built and commissioned in 2008. The building has an area of 4480 m2 with 37 auditoriums for lectures and seminars, an Academic Council meeting room, a mini-cinema, a medical skills center, a language laboratory, a faculty room, a single service area, a buffet and cafeteria, and parking. This is a 5-story building located at 29 Beijing Street, city zone No. 8, Sukhbaatar District. The building has washbasins and toilets for men and women, renovated and equipped in accordance with modern quality standards. It is located 30 meters from Buildings № 4 and № 5. To the right and left of the University’s Building № 1, there is a green area planted with shrubs and 30 parking spaces. 50% of the classrooms and the entire building have been regularly repaired since the construction of the building, and all equipment has been updated.

          Etugen University promotes and implements a variety of initiatives that align with the goals of environmentally friendly sustainable development. One of the major projects aimed at environmentally friendly sustainable development and modern advanced technology is a solar panel system covering the roof of the University`s Building No.1. It went into operation on May 17, 2021, and uses a combined solar energy system with a capacity of 30 kW, accumulating power and electricity from sunlight. This created the following opportunities:

● The University’s daily energy needs are met by a 23 kW solar system that runs parallel with the central grid.

● 7 kW battery-powered system provides at least 50% of electricity for the northern part of the first floor and may operate for 5-10 hours on a single battery during power outages.

          With the installation of solar panels, the 23 kW system generated 20,577.5 kWh in 2021 and 7,263 kWh in 2022. This lowered greenhouse gas emissions from the energy sector by 26,690 kg, which is comparable to saving 1,773 jobs and 11,282 kg of coal consumption. A monitoring system is in constant control of the daily energy production process.

II BUILDING

          Etugen University`s Educational Building № 2 was constructed and opened in 2013. It is located in the Sukhbaatar district, city zone No. 6, Baga Toiruu Street 44, one kilometer away from the Educational Building № 1 and 300 meters from the Educational Building № 3. The facility includes 21 lecture and seminar auditoriums, a mini cinema hall, a 1700 sqm international standard sports hall, a library and reading room, a nursing center, an oral and written examination center, a Korean language center, and student dormitories. This is a 15-story building with an area of 7800 m2 that includes a faculty room, the chairman’s office, a conference room, an electronic studio, a student cafeteria, a buffet, and a grocery store. There are 22 parking spots in front of the building. “Success” fitness club for sports activities is fully equipped, covers an area of 380 m2, and can accommodate 40-50 people per hour, six days a week.

III BUILDING

          The university acquired the Building № 3 in 2015 after it was constructed and opened in 1980. It is located in the Sukhbaatar district, city zone No. 8, Batmunkhi Street 37, 1 kilometer away from the Educational Building № 1 and 300 meters from the Educational Building № 3. This 3-story building with an area of 1114 sqm includes 13 lecture and seminar auditoriums, an electronics laboratory, an electrical engineering laboratory, a faculty room, a conference room, a cafeteria, archive rooms, and an E-IDEA Center. There are 10 parking spots in front of the building. “Success” fitness club for sports activities is fully equipped, covers an area of 270 m2, and can accommodate 30-40 people per hour.

         E-DEA FACTORY: In March 2017, the "Innovation Factory" was established to develop new ideas and bring the best work of students and faculty to reality. It is located on the B1 floor of Building № 3 and comprises a negotiation room, a collaborative/teamwork area, and rooms with stationary computers for working and receiving information. Here you can spend your leisure time playing darts, table football, chess, and checkers, as well as creating a comprehensive atmosphere and pleasant conditions for student development and recreation.

IV BUILDING

          Building № 4 was constructed and opened in 1984, and Etugen University obtained it in 2018 through a privatization auction. The building is in the Sukhbaatar district, city zone No. 8, at 28 Beijing Street, 30 meters from Building № 1 and № 5, and 1 kilometer from Building № 2 and № 3. This 2-story building with an area of 3,700 m2 has 8 lecture and seminar rooms, a faculty room, the Etugen University Vocational Training Center, a clinical laboratory, the Etugen Medical Clinic, and a student hub. The bathrooms in the Building № 4 have been renovated to meet modern quality standards. Both male and female bathrooms are now equipped with 8 sinks, 13 toilet seats, and 6 urinals. There are 50 parking spots in front of the entrance. There is a fully equipped and refurbished 450 m2 swimming pool that can accommodate 60-70 people per hour.

V BUILDING

          Etugen University acquired the Building № 5 in 2017 after it was constructed and opened in 2012. It is located at 19 Beijing Street, city area No. 8, Sukhbaatar district, 300 meters from the Educational Building № 1 and № 4 and 1 kilometer from the Educational Building № 2 and № 3. The 13-story building with an area of 3498.5 sqm has 20 classrooms for lectures and seminars, faculty rooms, student dormitory rooms, guest rooms, a library, a reading room, a cafeteria, a psychological counseling center, a computer laboratory, and a virtual laboratory. There are 8 parking spots in front of the building.
