Papers will be accepted by October 07, 2022 at 17:00. Please submit your papers before the above mentioned deadline.
Submitted reports will be evaluated according to the criteria. The notice of the right to be discussed at the conference and published in the "Erdmiin Zul" scientific transfer journal should be sent to the address email@example.com by October 12, 2022 at 17:00.
The participation fee is $100 for international speakers (does not apply to participants invited by Etugen University), 100,000₮ for lecturers and researchers from national universities and research institutions, and 50,000₮ for master's and doctoral students. The approved participants shall transfer their participation fee to Etugen University’s Golomt Bank account number 2205116544 by October 14, 2022. Upon receipt of transfer the right to participate in the meeting will be opened and detailed information will be sent to you.

The summary of the presentation should be prepared in "MS Power Point" and submitted to firstname.lastname@example.org by October 20, 2022.
International speakers will submit their presentations in English and national speakers in English and Mongolian respectively.
The presentation has the following basic structure.
Research methodology should be clear
Speech writing in Arial font, font size 11, line spacing 1.15
Number of pages: up to 4
Mathematical text should be written using Equition program with a height of 10 pt, and formulas should be centered with 10 pt line spacing from top to bottom. The formula number is written in small brackets at the end of the line.
Photographs, graphs, charts, diagrams, pictures, and tables should be displayed in black and white, and the images should be captured using a scanner with a resolution of no less than 300 dpi, TIF, JPEG, BMP, GIF extensions, and the height of the letters on the image should be the same as the general record of the article and equal to the height of the letters.
Organization of presentation and discussion:
Presentation: 10 minutes
Question and answer: 5 minutes
Prepare and place the poster presentation with a dedicated foot measuring 60x160
The abstract is spaced 2 cm from all sides;
The title of the summary should be written in sentence, font size 14, Bold.
Under the title, the names of the researchers and affiliated organizations should be written in font size 10, Italic;
At the end of the researchers' names, write a footnote identifying the affiliated organization. For example: D. Amgalanzaya1, etc.;
Write the full name of the affiliated organization in Italic font according to the order of the column, each name on a new line (Example: 1Etugen University)
Write the e-mail address of the speaker along with the relevant phone number;
The main text of the summary should be written in Times New Roman font, font size 11, Regular, single line spacing, justified on both sides;
Please note that tables, graphs and pictures are not included in the summary of the presentation!
Name of the abstract word file: M if the author is a Master's student, D if a doctoral student, write an underscore (_), write the name of the speaker, an underscore, and the first three words of the title in Cyrillic and email to email@example.com
