The International Relations and Cooperation Department’s operations focus on expanding and enhancing foreign initiatives to achieve the objectives outlined in the “Etugen University Development Strategy 2030” plan. Consequently, it fosters genuine, transparent, and productive international cooperation.

The main directives are as follows:

• Enhancing overseas connections and collaborations with international universities, academic and professional institutes, and enterprises
• Finalizing cooperation contracts, agreements, and memorandums
• Engaging with diplomatic missions
• Promoting Etugen University internationally
• Expanding the enrollment of international students by providing bachelor's, master's, and doctorate degree programs as well as establishing joint programs
• Facilitating teacher and student exchange programs, advanced training opportunities, and internships
• Organizing missions abroad for Etugen University, as well as hosting visits and meetings with international guests and representatives
• Recruiting worldwide scientists and academics to join our university
• Attending international conferences, meetings, exhibitions, and other global events on behalf of our university, professors, faculty, staff and students
