The activities of the International Relations and Cooperation Department are aimed at increasing the scale and effectiveness of external activities aimed at Etugen University Development Strategy 2030 plan implementing and reaching its goals. Real, open and profitable foreign cooperation will be created.

Main activities:

•           Expansion of foreign relations and cooperation with foreign universities, academic and professional organizations and companies;
•           Cooperation contracts, agreements and memorandums conclusion;
•           Interaction with diplomatic missions;
•           Etugen University promotion abroad;
•           Increasing the number of foreign students by obtaining bachelor's, master's, doctoral degrees and the implementation of joint programs;
•           Teachers and students exchange organization, advanced training programs and internships developing;
•           Etugen University foreign missions planning, foreign guests and representatives meeting visits organizing;
•           Foreign scientists, professors work invitation;
•      University representatives, professors, teachers, staff and students participation in conferences, meetings, exhibitions and other international events.
