In the first stage of the 2024–2025 “Erdmiin Zul” Student Academic Conference, a total of 201 academic and research papers were submitted, of which 131 were selected for the second stage. On March 27, 2025, during the second stage of parallel sessions all 131 selected papers were presented. Following this, 77 papers from four academic divisions were shortlisted by the panel of judges for the third stage, or the final plenary lectures.
The second stage of the “Erdmiin Zul” was divided into four major categories:
- Engineering, Humanities, and Education
- Nursing
- Biomedicine and Pharmacy
- Medicine, Traditional Medicine, and Dentistry
The evaluation process was conducted by a team of 20 judges and supported by 9 secretaries.
According to the guidelines approved by the Rector, only those papers that received a score of 85 or above in the second stage were deemed eligible to proceed to the final plenary session. When 20 or more qualified papers fall under the same field of science, a dedicated plenary session will be organized for that specific field. Otherwise, related fields will be grouped together for the final presentation.
The third and final stage, the Plenary Session, will be held on April 3, 2025, at 2p.m, covering the same four categories:
- Engineering, Humanities, and Education
- Nursing
- Biomedicine and Pharmacy
- Medicine, Traditional Medicine, and Dentistry
