The Alumni Association of Etugen University, in collaboration with its constituent schools and academic departments, successfully hosted its 6th annual "Employer Day" on April 2, 2026. Over 70 leading enterprises, public and private hospitals, and specialized professional organizations participated in the event. This initiative provided graduating students of the current academic year with immediate job opportunities and a platform to connect directly with potential employers. Furthermore, the highly impactful event gathered valuable feedback from the participating organizations, conducted a comprehensive employer satisfaction survey, and defined future strategic pathways for mutually beneficial cooperation.
This fruitful event has made a valuable contribution to boosting graduate employment and strengthening the triple-helix collaboration among the University, Employers, and Graduating Students.

PARTICIPATION OF CONSTITUENT SCHOOLS AND DEPARTMENTS

The collaboration between constituent schools and departments extends far beyond offering job placements. It is strategically designed to foster long-term partnerships by aligning the academic curriculum with current labor market demands, equipping intern students with practical readiness, and cultivating a workforce tailored to employers' specific needs. Furthermore, this synergy actively ensures the robust engagement of employers, alumni, and professional associations.
