Etugen University plans and operates on the basis of stakeholder participation and cooperation in the implementation of a quality standardization system based on the vision, mission, quality policy, and development strategy, the desired outcomes and criteria.
The internal quality standardization system is planned and implemented in accordance with the organizational culture, monitoring and evaluation, the internal audit team, which reports directly to the rector, the criteria and requirements of national and international accreditation organizations, and ISO standards.
In order to execute the vision and mission, as outlined in the quality policy the document "Etugen University Development Strategy: 2030" aims to align the training and learning environment with international standards, conduct research and innovation in accordance with international norms, and establish conditions and opportunities that are recognized both nationally and internationally. To do so, it outlines 3 major goals and 41 objectives, along with the key directions, activities and criteria for implementation.

Accreditation of programs and institutions by national and state accreditation agencies shall be conducted in a continuous and consistent manner, adhering to established plans.

By adhering to the principles and criteria set forth by international organization rankings and ratings, the university will have the chance to enhance its reputation and get recognition in the Asian region.

To adopt the international ISO:21001 and ISO:45001 standards and establish a quality management system to effectively plan, implement, monitor and evaluate the performance and outcomes of training, research, and research-based production activities.
The University's policy and implementation culture is to foster teamwork and leadership by promoting collaboration among students, faculty researchers, institutes, and departments, as well as effective human resource management.
Etugen University has established an internal and external quality standardization system that undergoes regular evaluations and stages to ensure continuous development in teaching, research, and programs, involving all relevant stakeholders.
International Quality Management System Standard: ISO 21001:2018
Etugen University's quality management system and quality policy are based on the planning and implementation of activities carried out by its schools, departments, divisions, researchers, and faculty, who adhere to the PDCA principle. This principle of planning, implementing, monitoring, and improving are applied to all educational and research activities.
