Children always want to know if a long journey such as education has a pleasant ending. Each time, I answered with the three phrases that became the motto of Etugen. These are PASSION, ENDEAVOR, and FUTURE.

Actually, this long journey has a beginning but no end. Though it may appear discouraging and hopeless, everyone will go on this journey at some point. However, the fact that there is no end does not imply that one should go anywhere. Moreover, presuming if the journey is endless, one should not become confused and complain that it is boring and discouraging. So, what is one to do?

The answer to this challenging question is pretty simple. Your journey will become easy once you understand PASSION, ENDEAVOR, and FUTURE.

Passion is a magical charm that will help you walk forward with joy and a smile on your face. This will prevent you from leading this path unfairly.

Endeavor is the drive that pushes you forward. No matter how difficult and challenging your journey may be, only endeavor can give you the strength to keep going. Consider this wise saying: “If you don’t know where you are going, no breeze can help you sail.”

Then the future is your destination.

For this reason, these three mottos have embodied the spirit of study at Etugen University.

So, dear student, we would like to remind you that these three mottos should be an valuable treasure that you should constantly carry with you during your long journey called "education".

Despite the fact that this never-ending journey may be challenging at first, we would like to assure you that the knowledge you gain by devoting a tremendous time will fill your life with joy and purpose, as well as make it simpler. In reality, life is not about reaching the end. It`s all about living joyfully and happily. Finally, welcome to the Etugen, the world of knowledge and education.
