STUDYING AT ETUGEN UNIVERSITY

Etugen University is accepting admissions for the following degree programs:
  • Undergraduate programs
  • Master`s programs
  • Doctoral programs 
  1. To prepare the necessary documents for enrollment in the chose program:
To be admitted to the undergraduate, graduate, or doctoral programs, you need to have your educational documents translated into Mongolian and have them notarized (For the undergraduate program, you should provide a translated and notarized copy of your secondary education certificate. If you have completed higher education, you should also include a certificate of the proof. For the graduate program, you should submit a translated and notarized copy of your undergraduate degree diploma, along with a certified copy. For the doctoral program, you should provide a translated and notarized copy of your graduate degree diploma, along with a certified copy).
 

 

  1. To receive an invitation to study at Etugen University:
To receive an invitation to study, download and fill out the application form. Please forward the completed application form to Etugen University's International Relations and Cooperations Department (international@etugen.edu.mn). An official answer with the accepted decision will be sent to you within a period of 2 weeks.

 

  1. To apply for a study visa:
Upon receiving a study invitation from Etugen University, it is necessary for you to apply for a study visa at the consulate office of Mongolia in your country (A list of consulate offices of Mongolia for your referene ).

 

  1. To enroll at Etugen University and sign a study contract:
Prior to the commencement, it is advisable to arrive in Ulaanbaatar a few days in advance and contact both Educational Policy and Management Department and International Relations and Cooperation Department of Etugen University. You will have the opportunity to sign a study contract, acquaint yourself with the terms of residence, register your place of residence, and address any administrative matters associated with the study process.
