STUDYING AT ETUGEN UNIVERSITY

To become a student of our university you need:
  1. Get to know the University programs.
A complete list of Etugen University educational programs for which enrolls:
  • Undergraduate programs
  • Master`s programs
  • Doctoral programs 
  1. Prepare documents for the selected program admission.
For admission to Bachelor's / Master's programs, you need to translate your education document into Mongolian language (for Undergraduate programs - a secondary school certificate, for Master's programs - a bachelor's / specialist diploma, for Doctoral programs – a Master`s diploma). Make a notarized and translated copy of your education document.

 

  1. Get a study invitation from Etugen University.
Download and fill out the application form. Send the completed application form to Etugen University's e-mail: international@etugen.edu.mn. You will receive an official response with accepted decision (In 2 weeks).

 

  1. Apply for a study visa.
After receiving a study invitation from Etugen University, you need to apply for a study visa at the consulate office of Mongolia in your country (List of consulate offices of Mongolia).

 

  1. Visit Etugen University and sign a training contract.
We recommend you to come to Ulaanbaatar a few days before the start of your studies and contact Etugen University Academic Policy and Educational Process Coordination Office, International Relations and Cooperation Department. You will be able to sign a studying contract, get acquainted with the conditions of residence, to register at the place of residence, as well as solve all the formalities associated with your educational process.
